• Memo/Rich memo are note boxes that you save at a specific value; they remain linked to the company and return upon reopening.
• Hyperlinks & document links: 1-click to company site, web graphic/info or an internal document.

Quick start

1. Open the memo window at the active value.
2. Note your point(s) (e.g., "May 12: numbers OK"). Click close → Save: YesWhen you return, you will see your note again.
3. Add if desired hyperlinks (website/other document). The document remains linked to the company.

Practical tips

• Use a fixed structure (Date • Reason • Decision • Next action).
• Link relevant web info or an internal PDF/Doc via de documentlink.{index=5}
• Update your notes quarterly and add a short summary at the top.
